Collaboration in local communities
In Japan, community development has evolved from the "Community-based integrated care systems " to the "Community coexistence society," encompassing all generations. I aim to contribute to the creation of a community where everyone, regardless of their age or position, can live comfortably, transcending barriers.

Emergency medical system
Individuals facing difficulties such as social isolation, loneliness, social exclusion, and economic hardship often use ambulances or visit emergency departments. The future of emergency medical system requires not only providing resuscitation and acute care but also adopting a perspective that involves collaborating with nursing, welfare, and healthcare professionals to support patients with social issues. I am conducting research on how to collaborate with professionals in various fields to address challenges that cannot be resolved by medical professionals alone and support individuals facing social issues.

Support for the health and daily living of public assistance recipients
Traditionally, assistance activities at welfare offices have focused on the financial independence of public assistance recipients. Since January 2021, the "Healthcare management support program" has become a mandatory initiative and has been implemented nationwide at welfare offices. In this program, assistance activities are provided not only for financial independence but also from the perspectives of daily living independence and social life independence. The project aims to support the health and daily living of public assistance recipients. I am conducting research on the health and daily living support needed by public assistance recipients and exploring ways to provide effective support.
